Terms of Service
Here's what to expect before placing your commission request:
Payment
Payment currency is in USD.
Payment mode via Paypal.
There are TWO payment methods you can choose:
50% Payment after the deliver of sketch and second half of 50% Payment after the deliver of final commission but low quality.
After I have received the payment, I will send you the commission work in HD quality.
OR
100% Payment after the deliver of sketch
Refund is NOT ACCEPTED once payment has been made.
Commission Procedure
Commissions are for personal or commercial use.
DO NOT use the commissioned work for any AI-generated or NFTs purposes.STEP 1:
You can contact me via email or other social medias (Instagram, Threads, Twitter) for a commission request.
If there are features that your character has and wants me to take note of during the rendering process, you can inform me as well.
I will contact you ASAP after I received it.Depending on the details, there's a minimum of THREE revision:
1st: After adding base colours
2nd: After rough rendering is completed.
3rd: After 70-80% of the rendering is completed, Final touch up with minimal details such as background, etc.STEP 2:
ROUGH SKETCH
I will send the rough sketch to you.
You can request for changes in the rough sketch.
Once you approved of the sketch, I will send you an invoice for the commission.STEP 3:
Revision 1 - BASE COLOUR RENDERING
AFTER I received your payment, I will spend a few days to 1-2 weeks on the rough rendering before sending to you. (If there are any changes I will inform you.)
You can request for MINOR changes for the rough rendering (such as minor details like jewelries, small outfit details, etc)Revision 2: Rough rendering
Revision 3: Two-third completed renderingMajor changes is not allowed, such as changing of entire pose, outfit, etc for any of the revision.NOTE: If your commission has a lot of details, you will receive more than 3 commission revisionsSTEP 4:
FINISHED COMMISSION
It may take a few days to 1-2 weeks for the completion.
I will send the completed commission to your email address.For clients who have chosen the 50/50 payment mode,
I will send you the completed commission in low quality first.
AFTER I received your payment, I will send the completed commission in high quality.
License Rights
Commissions are for personal or commercial use.
No distribution, plagiarism, profiting of the commission is allowed.
I reserved all rights to the commission (e.g. reused, edit, or re-purposed as I seen fit).
NOTE: Please inform me if you are uncomfortable with me sharing your commission request after it is completed.Personal Use:
- Commission is NOT allowed for monetization (NOT allowed to make a profit out of it).
- DO NOT use the commissioned work for any AI-generated or NFTs purposes.
- DO NOT claim the commission as your own work.
- No marketing, promotion or other commercial activity is allowed.

- Commission is allowed for monetization based on the agreed terms and conditions in the agreement.
- Commission is NOT allowed to be used to make any profit for conditions that are not stated in the agreement.
